In today’s world taking time to slow down, destress and become present is more important than ever. You can do that through YOGA!

As a certified 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher, I guide clients on a journey of self discovery through intentional breath work, empowering postures for strength and flexibility and mindful themes that encourage being fully present. My aim is to create a space where individuals not only enhance physical abilities but also deepen their connection to self, fostering a holistic sense of well-being that extends beyond the yoga mat.

I teach all levels with modifications offered.

I ask the client to leave their ego at the door for we do not use the body to get into the pose, we use the pose to get into the body.
