Hello! I'm Jennifer Briscoe, a Registered Nurse and Holistic Yoga & Thai Massage Therapist.

I'm dedicated to promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Integrating ancient practices with modern approaches to create a personalized healing experience. I am passionate about fostering harmony and balance in your life through discovering your heart’s true desire, using the transformative power of yoga* and Thai Massage.

As you may have found it’s not uncommon to get to a point in our lives and feel like something is missing, even when we seemingly have everything we thought would make us happy.

I’ve been on a self-discovery journey, pushing back against societal expectations and exploring what truly makes me feel alive.  I went back to school first to become a health coach, then a yoga instructor and still looking for more answers, more fulfillment and purpose in life, more awareness of me… the real “me” led me to become a holistic yoga therapist.  As a yoga therapist, I focus on the whole person through the application of the 8 limbs of yoga (physical, ethical and spiritual development) and the 5 koshas (framework for understanding the layers of self) to empower you to progress toward increased health and well-being.

It’s been a courageous and beautiful path, and one I am still on! I would love to assist you in your journey and guide you to finding your purpose and joy in life.
